Federal Government of Nigeria invites Nigeria
entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 40 to pitch their ideas or start-ups
at Aso Villa Demo Day. This event is a celebration of some of the best
Nigerians in technology, innovation and creativity and will also feature
inspiring talks from thought leaders and experts from different economic
sectors in Nigeria.
The Federal Government will set the stage for the
unveiling of "50 most innovative start-ups" in Nigeria, at the first
ever Aso Villa Demo Day.
President Muhammadu Buhari will host the brightest
start-ups from across the country as they pitch to a wide range of investors
and decision-makers in the public and private sector.
Aso Villa Demo Day is aimed at promoting
entrepreneurship, innovation, job creation and economic growth through the use
of new and emerging technologies. This event will celebrate some of the best
Nigerians in technology innovation and creativity and also feature inspiring
talks from thought leaders and experts from different economic sectors in
Nigeria.
100 start-ups will be given the stage to pitch
their ideas before a dedicated panel of Judges, Investors and Sponsors. The pitch
event will take place on Thursday, June 23rd by 9.00am at Landmark
Event Center, Lagos while the unveiling event will be Thursday, July 28th
by 9.00am at State House Conference Center, Abuja.
